    あの、大丈夫だいじょうぶですか？何なにかお困こまりですか？

    Ano, daijōbu desu ka? Nanika okomari desu ka?

    Excuse me, are you all right? Is something the matter?

  2. You could say

    渋谷しぶやに行いきたいんですが、どの電車でんしゃですか？

    Shibuya ni ikitai n desu ga, dono densha desu ka?

    I'd like to get to Shibuya. Which train do I take?
